'Treat game'
The legal representative, prosecuting, detailed the criminal behavior to the judicial body.

The man conducted a "sweet game" with the youngsters, the legal counsel said, in which he would enter the sleeping quarters when they were preparing to sleep and ask them to ingest treats "rapidly".
She told the court the man had engaged in this activity with the boys "over an extended period", and children had previously become sick the subsequent day.
She explained Ruben had been able to explain this repeatedly as the minors being "overexcited from fun", until his family member had worries in recently.
Mrs Prior KC stated further: "In the summer" his family member had suspicions about the activities, with valid cause.
"They resolved" to investigate in the individual's items."
The prosecutor stated items including baby oil, Vaseline and injection devices were discovered, and his stepson alerted the law enforcement about his worries.
She stated Ruben continued to engage in the "sweet game" with six boys that night - that Saturday - and they were everyone unwell the subsequent day.
"Authorities" had not gone out by that time," she stated further.
The regulatory agency, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, earlier informed that it was investigating the police response of the events.
Mrs Prior said the minors were unable to walk properly due to being ill, so the stepson notified the police once more.
She stated the defendant then engaged in the "candy game" in a room of five minors.
